Liebe Freunde der Europäischen Notarentage!
Die österreichischen Notarinnen und Notare laden zu den 33. Europäischen Notarentagen vom 20.-21. April 2023 in Salzburg ein. Das Thema der Fachtagung am 21. April 2023 lautet:
„Digitalisierung im Notariat – Praxis- & Zukunftsvisionen für Europa“.
Wie wichtig digitale Werkzeuge und Verfahren für die notarielle Praxis sind, hat die COVID-19-Pandemie gezeigt, gerade im grenzüberschreitenden Bereich. Grund genug sich den laufenden Veränderungen und Herausforderungen der Digitalisierung in drei Diskussionsrunden zu widmen:
Die erste ist der Modernisierung des EU-Gesellschaftsrechts gewidmet, einer neuen Initiative der Europäischen Kommission, die die Transparenz für EU-Unternehmen durch die grenzüberschreitende Bereitstellung und Nutzung umfassenderer Informationen und vertrauenswürdiger Unternehmens-daten verbessern möchte.
Zum sicheren Austausch von Informationen gilt es auch eine entsprechende europäische digitale Infrastruktur zwischen Gerichten, zuständigen Behörden und Notaren zu schaffen - dem zweiten Thema der Veranstaltung. Nicht nur um das Notariat, sondern die gesamte justizielle Zusammenarbeit für das digitale Zeitalter fit zu machen.
Im dritten Panel soll zuletzt die Frage beleuchtet werden: „Ändert sich das Wesen der Urkunde im elektronischen Umfeld?“
Hochrangige Referenten der Europäischen Kommission und des Europäischen Parlaments, ausgewählte internationale und nationale Experten aus der Rechts- und Unternehmenspraxis sowie der Wissenschaft werden erwartet.

Dear friends of the Conference of European Civil-Law Notaries,
Austria’s notaries would like to invite you to attend the 33rd Conference of Civil-Law Notaries from 20-21 April 2023 in Salzburg. The main theme of the convention on 21 April 2023 is:
“Notaries going digital – Current practices and future visions for Europe”.
The COVID 19 pandemic has shown how important digital tools and processes are for notarial practice, especially in cross-border transactions. Reason enough to address the ongoing changes and challenges of digitalization in three panel discussions:
The first one will focus on the modernization of EU company law, a new European Commission initiative that aims to improve transparency for EU companies through the cross-border provision and use of more comprehensive information and reliable company data.
For the secure exchange of information, it is also necessary to create a European digital infrastructure between courts, competent authorities and notaries - the second topic of the event. In order to make not only the notarial profession, but judicial cooperation as such fit for the digital age.
Finally, the third panel will highlight the question: "Does the nature of the authentic act change in the electronic environment?"
We expect high-ranking speakers from the European Commission, the European Parliament and eminent international and national experts from legal and corporate practice as well as academia to attend.
